An Outline application will be made in due course to Wiltshire Council for determination. As a large strategic application, it will take some time to determine, and it is not uncommon for the determination period to involve the submission of additional information or updates to the proposals, which may prompt further consultation.

 

Once Outline planning permission is secured, detailed reserved matters applications would follow for the phased delivery of the new community. We estimate the development would take circa 10 years to complete in full for a scheme of this size.
